The most common reason for declined payments in the Google Play store are:
1. Using a virtual credit card (these cards are not currently accepted on Google Play).
2. Outdated card information (especially the expiration date).
3. Incorrect data card (especially an incorrectly-entered number).
4. Incorrect security code (CVC).
5. Billing information inconsistent with those available to the bank.

1. On the mobile device(s), enable internet access (WiFi or mobile data).
2. Synchronize the mobile devices.
If you synchronize and you still don’t have access to Premium, check whether you have the current version of the BedBooking mobile application. The update can be downloaded from Google Play. After the BedBooking application update, synchronize again.

Synchronize the device on which you bought the BedBooking Premium subscription using Google Wallet. Synchronization provides the device with information on the renewal of Premium access for the subsequent period. For example, if you have a monthly subscription, you should synchronize at least once a month to tell the application to grant access Premium for another month. If you happen to not use the device (phone or tablet) for an extended period of time (or the device isn’t connected to the internet), the subscription will not be renewed on the device.

Attention! Do you have an active subscription to Premium on Google Play? Before purchasing Premium through the BedBooking website, you must disable the active BedBooking subscription on Google Play in order to avoid paying twice for the same period of access to Premium. This is because payments to the Google Play store are independent of payments made on the BedBooking website.
