## Product Overview

BedBooking offers four subscription tiers — Lite, Plus, Pro (bestseller), and Max. After the trial, accounts revert to a limited free plan with all data preserved. No hidden fees, no booking commissions, and no mandatory contracts — users can cancel anytime. Seasonal hosts can pause and reactivate without penalty. NGO/non-profit discounts are available upon request.

### Pricing Model

Pricing depends on two factors: the number of rooms and the subscription length. Each plan has a flat monthly fee per room — no commissions, no per-booking charges. Three billing cycles are available: monthly (full price), annual (16% discount), and 2-year (20% discount). All prices are net, excluding local VAT/tax.
