Of course! Every new user can take advantage of a free trial and test BedBooking’s full capabilities before deciding to purchase. The free trial lasts 30 days. During this period you have access to all features (equivalent to the Max plan) with no restrictions – you can explore the calendar, OTA integrations, communication modules, reports and every other tool our system offers. Importantly, the trial is completely free – we do not require credit card details at sign-up and there are no upfront fees. This means you can create an account, use BedBooking for a month with no obligations and make an informed decision about whether our solution meets your expectations.

Yes. For clients with very large operations or specific requirements we offer an individually tailored Enterprise plan. If you run a large organisation that manages multiple properties, the Enterprise plan will give you personalised pricing and service levels. To discuss the details and receive an Enterprise offer, please contact our sales team – we will prepare a custom quote and scope of services for you.

After the 30-day trial period your access to the system is kept and all the data you entered (reservations, calendar, settings) remains intact. If you do not choose a paid plan right after the trial, your account is automatically switched to BedBooking’s free plan (with limited functionality). This means you can still view your calendar, but all premium features are locked until you purchase a subscription. We will not charge you automatically – the decision to move to a paid plan is entirely yours. At any time after the trial you can buy any plan to regain full system functionality.

Yes – you have complete freedom to switch plans at any time during your subscription. BedBooking understands that your needs can change, so we allow both upgrades and downgrades: – If you need more features or higher limits, you can upgrade to a higher plan. – If your current plan feels too extensive and you want to save money, you can downgrade to a lower plan. The new plan takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle (the next month or year, depending on the payment schedule you selected), so you can fully use the time you have already paid for. There are no additional handling fees – you simply pay the price of the new plan in the next billing period. You can make the change yourself in the account settings, or contact us and we will guide you through the process. Flexibility is one of our core principles, so you can always adapt your subscription to fit your business needs.

Yes – you can cancel your subscription whenever you like. Using BedBooking does not lock you into a long-term contract; our plans renew automatically each billing cycle, but the decision to continue is entirely yours. We charge no penalties or extra fees for cancellation. While we’ll be sorry to see you go, we understand that you may need to pause the service – you have full control over your subscription at all times.

We understand that many hosts operate seasonally (e.g. vacation properties open only in summer) – therefore our offer is flexible. You do not have to keep a paid subscription all year if you do not need to actively use the system outside the season. You can purchase a BedBooking subscription only for the months in which you actually rent, and then cancel or downgrade the plan for the downtime period: If you know that outside the season you will not use the system, you can suspend the subscription after the season ends (cancel the renewal). During the period when you do not pay the subscription, your account will remain on the free plan – the data will be preserved, although all functions will be disabled. Before the start of the next season you can reactivate the paid plan again to use the system during the period when you need it. Such an approach means no unnecessary costs when you are not generating bookings. We do not charge any fees for reactivating the subscription after a break. Thanks to this, BedBooking works great for hosts operating seasonally – you pay only when you actually use the software.

No – BedBooking has no hidden commissions or extra charges beyond the fixed subscription fee for the plan you choose. Unlike some platforms, we do not take a commission on each booking you receive. Regardless of how many guests you host or the value of your reservations, 100 % of your earnings remain yours. Signing up and getting started with BedBooking is free and straightforward. You don’t have to worry about unexpected costs appearing along the way. Transparency is very important to us – all fees are clearly shown on the pricing page, so you know in advance exactly how much you will pay and can plan your budget without unpleasant surprises.

After the 30-day trial period ends, you can still use the BedBooking calendar app for free. In the free version only the number of available features is reduced. No data are deleted. You do not lose access to your booking calendar. During the high season you can use the paid plans, and in the low season switch back to the free calendar version.

Yes, we offer loyalty discounts for customers who choose longer billing periods, as well as occasional promotions. Our goal is to give you the best value – the longer you stay with us, the more you save on a monthly basis. 1. Annual plan discount: By paying for 12 months up-front (annual plan), you save 16 % compared to the total of twelve monthly payments. You pay for the year in advance, but the effective monthly price is lower than paying month by month. 2. Two-year plan discount: When you pay for 2 years up-front, the saving is even greater – about 20 % versus the monthly mode. This is the best pricing option for those committed to using BedBooking long-term. 3. Occasional promotions: From time to time we run promotions for new or existing customers (for example, seasonal discounts, promo codes, extra months free). Yes – BedBooking supports social and charitable initiatives, so we provide preferential pricing on our paid plans for registered foundations, associations and other non-profit organisations. Contact our support team with your account number and a document confirming NGO status. We will be happy to help non-profit organisations manage their bookings efficiently and support their mission.
