How the integration works

• Bookings go straight to your system: guests who click your listing are taken to your BedBooking booking form to complete their reservation.
• Enable it with one click: go to the Google Hotels tab in your booking system settings, accept the terms and publish your property.

• List your property on multiple sites at once: every additional site where you advertise puts you in front of a new group of guests—but also means another calendar to manage. iCalendar means more channels don’t have to mean more work for you.
• Lower risk of double bookings: when a date is booked on one site, it’s blocked on the others automatically. It’s the easiest way to prevent two people from booking the same room for the same weekend.

Key integration features

• Bookings sync in both directions: bookings from a site are added to your BedBooking calendar, and dates booked in BedBooking are blocked on the site.
• How quickly does it work? We send changes from the app straight away, but how often a site checks your calendar depends on that site.
• What iCalendar does and doesn’t sync: it syncs stay dates, the booking label and booking number. It does not sync rates, availability restrictions or guest contact details. This is a limitation of the format itself, not BedBooking. Set prices and stay policies separately on each site.
