It’s simple! Log in to your calendar app and open the Premium tab. There you’ll find all the information you need and can renew your subscription yourself or purchase access for the period you choose.
After the 30-day trial period ends, you can still use the BedBooking calendar app for free. In the free version only the number of available features is reduced. No data are deleted. You do not lose access to your booking calendar. During the high season you can use the paid plans, and in the low season switch back to the free calendar version.

Migration to BedBooking is possible using our API. Additional development work will be required on the client’s side to transfer data from an external PMS to BedBooking. This process should include a needs audit, data import via CSV/API, and team training.
