It allows you to automatically increase prices on Booking.com and Airbnb by a specified percentage or amount compared to prices in BedBooking. The “Commission and Availability” feature offers two modes:
Global Commission and Availability – In this mode, you can now set a percentage price increase that will apply to all pricing plans on Booking.com and Airbnb. Additionally, this percentage can be set separately for each platform, allowing for even more precise pricing strategy adjustments.
Local Commission and Availability – Advanced users can set individual percentage and/or fixed commission adjustments for each pricing plan on Booking.com and for each Airbnb listing. This is ideal for those who want full control over their pricing policy.

Thanks to automatic migration of settings, users don’t need to re-enter data manually—the pricing tool will automatically transfer your existing prices. Step 2: Click “Activate New Pricing Tool”

By personalizing prices, you can adjust them to different needs, such as setting different weekend rates, prices for children, or rates depending on the number of guests.
Another helpful function in pricing management is the ability to set availability restrictions. For example, you can set a minimum stay duration or block check-ins on specific days. Personalizing prices and enabling availability restrictions add extra fields to the price editing window. This allows you to easily set prices and availability restrictions for specific rooms and dates.
Step 4: Enable Commission for Booking.com and/or Airbnb
If you’re connected to Booking.com and/or Airbnb, the “Commission and Availability” feature can be very useful. It allows you to automatically raise prices to account for the commission charged by these platforms. Additionally, the set availability restrictions will also be sent to these platforms.
Step 5: Populate Prices
Click on a specific day in the pricing grid for a given room. A price editing window will open, allowing you to adjust prices and availability restrictions for selected dates.
